The last time we played in Japan, I had eight match points and I lost. So I knew it was going to be a tough match. When he has a tough situation, he always plays really good.

He played well. I started playing better in the third set but I wasn't able to win the important points. I needed to be more patient.

He really mixes up the game not like any other player. A normal player will play the same way the whole match, but Roger, he's really good with mixing up the ball, with the spin, with the slice and the serve. Even when I had chances, he was always controlling the point. So it is really difficult to play against him.

I came this far already. I'm just going to enjoy the moment and that I'm playing the number one in the world. Hopefully I can keep the form I showed this week. I'm not going to think that I'm playing Roger. I'm just going to focus on the ball.
